Logo change brings Pitt back for Panthers – CDT
After spending eight years insisting that they were “PITTSBURGH,” that quaint little university in Western Pennsylvania’s largest city is “Pitt” again. Like they ever weren’t Pitt, right? They should have gone all out and brought back the “Pitt” script, but they went with a blocky PITT instead. The script will probably be back in five years, after all four Pitt fans have bought everything with the new logo.
That is going to do it for me until Monday morning. I am headed “home” to Happy Valley for a quick daytrip (wedding stuff) and want to get out early tomorrow morning. That and I am kind of tired. Enjoy the weekend — go catch another Nats game or two at RFK.
