Another bad (and short) football season hurt Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics’ bottom line, but the organization remained self sufficient. AD Tim Curley also noted that he is not opposed to taking money from the university, rather than relying just on ticket sales and the Nittany Lion Club for funding. With seven football games this year and an expectation for a better squad, revenues should be better.
