Guillen, Nats Get In the Last Word – The Post
If you stayed up to watch last night’s game, you were apparently rewarded with plenty of drama. Angels pitcher Brendan Donnelly was accused of cheating — pine tar on his glove — and thrown out. Angels skipper Mike Scioscia then told Frank Robinson he was going to have all of the Nats pitchers “undressed.” Robinson took it as a threat, and the two argued. Meanwhile, Jose “serenity Now” Guillen finally snapped and had to be restrained by teammates. Guillen thought that Scioscia disrespected Robinson, so he is loyal in his craziness. He got the last laugh though, hitting a 2 run shot to left to tie the game in the 8th. The Angels then broke down, allowing two unearned runs to score.
The win put the Nats up two in the NL East.
