PSU trio on ‘team suspension’ – Tribune-Review
Three players, including LB Dan Connor, are in trouble with the team for making prank calls. They should know better, especially Connor, who is expected to be a team leader. This kind of mischef can only be counterproductive.
Phillips PSU’s ‘other’ cornerback – Tribune-Review
Anwar Phillips, while a good cornerback does not appear to be a good person. He got suspended by the university for two semesters following an on-campus incidient that led to sexual assault charges. He was acquitted in court, but the university felt he was in the wrong. I would have been happy to see him leave the university.
