Patterson Can’t Stop the Slide – The Post
The Nats ace John Patterson got shelled last night, giving up 7 runs in 4 2/3 innings. On Sunday, they bring out the starter by bullpen committee again. There is no hope of the playoffs now, Jim Bowden killed that dream by getting rid of some many pitchers.
