I missed this one yesterday; Mayor Tony Williams poked his head into the meetings between Jerry Reinsdorf and the D.C. Sports and Entertainment Commission on Tuesday. He then left for a “business trip” to Atlantic City. I like Mayor Williams and respect that he saved the D.C., but he spends an awful lot of time on the road. He is like Marion Barry in a snow storm — out of town.

One more potential monkey wrench is revealed at the end of the article. David A. Catania (I-At Large) is trying to force a vote on the lease in the council. It never ends!
