Ballpark ‘Hurdles’ Are Cleared, Cropp Says – The Post
DC Council chair Linda Cropp goes on record saying that the worst should basically be over for the negotiations over the new ballpark–but then goes on to say that some council members may still oppose the lease and that she can’t guarantee it’ll pass a council vote. Well, which is it gonna be, Linda–the good news or the bad news?
