Synthetic Turf field dedicated in Vienna – The Vienna Times
Waters Field, home of Vienna Youth Inc. football, has switched to artificial grass. This was my home field during my three years of VYI football (2 anklebiters, one 75 lbs.).

While the current generation of artificial playing surfaces is much better than Astroturf, it is still decidedly inferior to real grass and mud. A whole generation of football players will grow up having never played on grass.
