Nats TV hearing going on right now

It is lunchtime for me and I thought I would update those of you who did not see my Metroblogging DC post on the Congressional hearing on the Nats TV situation. Not wanting to lose my lunch, I will not be watching it myself as viewing programming with either Peter Angelo$ or Jim Bowden can cause one to lose their lunch. Nausea, indigestion, and actually throwing food are several symptoms of watching the two most annoying people involved with the franchise. Any how, enough of that, here is what I had to say:

The House’s Government Reform Committee is holding a hearing on the Nationals TV situation today right now. Capital Punishment points to the live webcast. Miss Chatter is going to be live-blogging on Just A Nats Fan.

Orioles extortionist owner Peter Angelo$ is expected to testify. Yesterday, Comcast made what is ultimately a PR move by suggesting the Nats TV rights be put up for auction which was naturally a non-starter because it was too good of an idea.

Hopefully, (as much it pains me to say this) the committee will go after Angelo$ more than Comcast, since he is ultimately the bigger villain.
