Soriano deserves MVP considerationThe Wash. Times
The MVP case is made for Alfonso Soriano. He will get some votes, but players on 90 loss teams don’t generally win.

Jim Williams: Balanced cable diet begins soonThe Wash. Examiner
Williams thinks the resolution of the Comcast/MASN is good for the fans. I guess he is correct, aside from the fact that fans suffer because the Nationals are at a competitive disadvantage. The Nats cannot maxamize their revenue streams due to subsidizing Baltimore owner Peter Angelo$ through this “deal.” Angelo$ is the real victor, but he is not a winner.

It is disgusting that the Nats have to pay tribute to Angelo$ thinks his “beloved” Baltimore is a minor league town. MLB and Angelo$ conspired to deny Nats fans the ability to watch their team on a regular basis for over a season and a half. It was damaging to the short and long term prospects of the franchise.

May MASN fail and the Orioles continue to be mediocre for as long as this corrupt bargain exists.

DON’T FORGET — Wednesday is “let’s all go to the Nats game!” We are planning on to meet on the steps at the Armory around 6 p.m. E-mail me at wfyurasko [at] erols [dot] com for more details.
