In Nats’ Loss, Former Mates Use Old Tricks on Each Other – The Post
Barry Svrluga found the at bats between former Nat Livan Hernandez and current Nat Brian Schneider to be the most interesting part of another awful loss. Schneider had been Hernandez’s catcher for over three years but had never faced him. He went 2 for 3 with a run scored.
The Nats got less than four innings out of a starter again. Tony Armas, Jr. gave up four solo home runs before leaving in the 4th. Final score Arizona 4 Washington 2.
