Nittany Lions, Vols to meet in Tampa – CDT
The Outback Bowl is set with the Nittany Lions facing Tennessee. Back in the 1990s, the Lions whipped the Vols twice hopefully that will continue. Like Penn State, Tennessee (9-3) had problems with ranked teams.
