This morning the annual Post baseball preview came out. The online component consists of a piece about how everybody cares about their farms system now and two Thomas Boswell columns and a bunch of PDFs. Anyway, one Boswell column argues that by not spending money now, the Nats will have loads to spend later. Well, maybe.
