Rovegno pushes coalition for I-81 – Patriot-News
Politicians in all five states Interstate 81 travels through are moving towards creating an I-81 Coalition to deal with the issues of that corridor. Since 1990s, the I-95 Coaliation has been filling that role for the East Coast’s main street.

I hope the first issue they deal with is how boring I-81 is to drive on. Additions to the scenery like wind turbines in the Anthracite Region are a good example of improving that situation.
