C Paul Lo Duca says he hurt his knee working out. It is reported that he has torn his meniscus and will miss over a month. At the insistence of the Nationals, Lo Duca will see the team doctor this morning.

Lo Duca still has not addressed allegations from The Mitchell Report of performance enhancher use.
