Four Nats Remain Unsigned – The Post
Ryan Zimmerman, Josh Willingham, Scott Olsen and Shawn Hill are all arbitration eligible. Zimmerman wants $3.9 million, the Nats countered with $2.75. I wish they would just sign him to a long-term deal myself. As for the middle two, they were traded here because the Marlins did not want to go through with this process with them — and you think the Nats are cheap! I would think Hill would be more interested in avoiding arbitration. The Nats argument in that one — “his arm falls off every spring!”
