Penn State DE Aaron Maybin is apparently going declare for the NFL Draft soon, ending his career at Penn State after his sophomore year. Maybin became a starter this year after Maurice Evans got caught a party with trace amounts of weed.

I think Maybin is jumping the gun a little because he is not that big yet and only has one year as a starter under his belt. Evans gets a chance to get his job back, but he too is thinking about the draft. That seems like a long-shot right now, but he may not want to be around PSU anymore after getting in trouble.

The bigger question of course is whether defensive line coach Larry Johnson will stick around after interviewing with Illinois this weekend.
