Here is a brief Google chat I had with esteemed Penn State blogger Run Up the Score! of Black Shoe Diaries about last night’s Penn State at Illinois basketball game:

Run: it was the ugliest thing i’ve ever seen.

Run: oh, yes. it’s over. we won.

Run: 38-33.
me: wow
Run: final score.
17-15 at half.
so they really lit it up in the second half.
me: at least we won this “6-4” game
Run: dude, i can’t even properly describe it yet. it was just awful in a million ways.
me: sounds like it
Final Score 38-33, Penn State. That is not a misprint or the women’s score.
