Nats make a better showing, but fall to Marlins 6-4

The Nationals got going early, going up 2-0 in the first inning, but fell behind in as Daniel Cabrera melted down in the fifth giving up four runs after giving up one in the third. Still, the Nats got back in it and scored a run in the eighth then two in the ninth. They had the bases loaded with one out, but Josh Willingham struck out and Austin Kearns was robbed of a hit by LF Brett Carroll to end the game. A tough break, but the Nats were at least competitive for the first time this season. That being said, a sweep is a very bad way to get started.

Tomorrow is an off day before facing Atlanta on Friday night. Then Monday, the Home Opener. I am still waiting for my tickets to show up in the mail, anybody else having that problem?
