QWK Rock changes its tune – CDT
Forever Broadcasting took long-time rock station WQWK 103.1 FM (97.1 back when I was an undergrad) off the air yesterday. QWK Rock (pronounced Quick Raaaahhhck) lives on online at qwkrock.com. Apparently, they had trouble convincing advertisers that they had a money demographic. It had been on-air for about forty years. In its place is conservative talk radio.

Like Elvis Costello said, radio is a sad salvation.
