Toay is National Chili Dog Day and Hard Times Café is celebrating by offering a free Coney Chili Dog with a purchase (like a soda, I recommend the draft root beer). I just went there last Friday, so I don’t know if I will go again. July is National Hot Dog Month, but you knew that right?
