There are several things I do not understand heading into this Sunday’s Washington Redskins at St. Louis Rams game.
- Why have these two intraconference teams been scheduled 3 seasons in a row?
- Why do the Redskins always play down to the Rams (losing on a field goal in 2008, winning 9-7 in 2009) level?
- How did this get a 4:05 kickoff?
- Why did the Rams move out of Southern California to St. Louis in the first place? Seriously, St. Louis is a better place to own a team than greater Los Angeles?! L.A. fans may be fickle, but the Dodgers have the highest attendance over the last 50 years, the Lakers draw and so do the Angels.
Anyway, I expect the Redskins to bounce back after last week’s loss. They will be playing indoors on artificial turf which makes the game much less attractive to watch. Seriously, a Missouri dome over SoCal sun? What were you thinking Rams?
The biggest question of the game is what color pants are the Redskins going to wear? The gold pants are a huge hit with the burgundy jerseys, but with white jerseys?
