ICC opening pushed back a day – WTOP
The opening segment of Maryland’s Intercounty Connector (MD 200) will be opened one day later than originally scheduled due to the forecast for winter precipitation tonight. The road is now scheduled to open between I-370 near Gaithersburg and Georgia Ave. (MD 97) on Wednesday at Feb. 23 at 6 a.m. Tolls will not be charged on the new highway until March 7 now.
