It is halftime up in Beaver Stadium with #20 Penn State Nittany Lions down 17-3 to #2 Alabama Crimson Tide. I’m sure I’ll have more to say about that after the game, but in the meantime, I noticed a glaring omission in the AFLAC Trivia Question. It was something along the lines of “how many head coaches have taken the field for Alabama since Joe Paterno took over at Penn State.” I came up with 9. The official answer was disappointing though – 8. They forgot Joe Kines! How could you forget Joe Kines, an interim coach in a bowl game after Mike Shula left!

Shame on you for forgetting about Joe Kines, AFLAC/ABC. Shame on you.

Okay, let’s see if Penn State can come back and upset the Tide. GO STATE, BEAT THE HELL OUT OF ALABAMA!
