Week 2 of the NFL season has the Washington Redskins head to Wisconsin to play the Green Bay Packers at the seemingly thawed tundra of Lambeau Field. I should have a Q&A up with a Packers fan tonight or tomorrow. In the meantime, here is some home movie footage from a 1972 game between the two teams at RFK Stadium.

There is a “This Week in the NFL” for that game, but for some reason,it isn’t embeddable. Tom Brookshier in the narrator. Billy Kilmer is the quarterback. The RFK field is all chewed up. The burgundy and gold won 16-3 that day.
