ALEXANDRIA, Va. — Sunday morning there was a large fire department response to Alexandria Overlook condominiums for what appeared to be a small fire contained to one or two condos. I saw five or six firetrucks and firefighters from Alexandria and Fairfax County. By the time I was aware of the fire, it appeared to be contained as there was not a lot of smoke coming out of the unit(s) involved. I have not been able to learn more about the fire either, so that suggests it was not widespread and no one was injured. If I hear otherwise, I’ll update this post.
