Athletes eligible to play – CDT
I don’t know what to make out of the Office of Judicial Affairs decesion to keep defensive tackle Christopher Baker, defensive back Lydell Sargeant and linebacker Jerome Hayes out of school for the second summer semester for participation in the alleged brawl during the early spring. That isn’t much of a punishment, so I wonder if it was even warranted or if it wasn’t enough.

Ten other players are said to have gotten probation. No word on what the two non-players, Bernd H. Imle, Jr. and Thomas Skalamera will face from OJA.
