John Patterson made his first rehab start for the P-Nats on the road at Frederick. It did not go well at all (3 runs over 2 1/3 innings) aside from the fact his arm didn’t hurt. Jason Bergmann, pitching for AAA Columbus in Ottawa, faced only one batter above the minimum over three innings. Mike O’Connor allowed only one run over four innings for AA Harrisburg at Binghamton. Southeast Jerome Williams relieved him and gave up two unearned runs over three innings.
