COURTLAND MILLOY – On the River, Water Taxi Operator Sees an Open Road – The Post
It seems like once a year, there is an article about water taxis/ferries running up and down the Potomac. This time around Milloy profiles Willem Polak, Potomac Riverboat Co. president. For 40 years Polak “has dreamed of operating a full-scale fleet” of water taxis. With so much development on the rivers in and around D.C., that dream may becoming closer to reality. I hope so, that’d be a great way to get around, in particular for trips to the new ballpark.
