WASHINGTON, D.C. — When I saw these two women in do-it-yourself curly W snuggies, I just had to take a photograph. A while back I was joking on Facebook friends about a Snuggie tailgate. It turns out these Suzanne Igo of Manhattan Beach and Colleen Kennedy of Ashburn had the same idea and they executed it. Dan Steinberg of DC Sports Bog saw them too and got the whole story.
