Congratulations go out to Jennifer Owsiany (Dan Victor’s Front Row CDT blog), winner of ESPN Page 2’s Miss Bracket competition. She defeated contestants from UConn (including a cheerleader), Gonzaga and Dook (including one flashing the shocker) — schools with basketball heritage. Good for her and good for the fans who voted her #1. It takes some serious dedication to get excited about Penn State hoops, whereas rooting for those other schools is really easy.
