Moves made to improve stadiumThe Post
There are lots of changes in store for RFK in the next month or so. The The D.C. Sports & Entertainment Commission will spend another $4 million to paint concourses, waterproofing the lower seating bowl, and fixing piping around stadium. Perhaps more importantly, vendors in the stands will be selling more food (hopefully the grilled dogs and the “super dogs”) and less beer. A naming agreement with Pro Funds LLC is also expected next month, but I will believe it when I see it. Also, the infield grass will be replaced.
