The Nats are still waiting for the price of pitching to come down, but that does not appear to be happening.

One option the Nats are looking at is RHP Ryan Franklin (nationals.com), who worked out of the bullpen for Cincy and Philly last year, but would like to start again. He was busted for a MLB drug violation in 2005 that cost him 10 days.
