Joe Paterno
Joe Paterno was the head coach of the Penn State Nittany Lions from 1966 – 2011. He won a record 409 games and 2 undisputed National Championships. He was the most instrumental person at Penn State in the second half of the 20th century. It didn’t end well though because he didn’t step up beyond telling his boss about Jerry Sandusky allegations.
