Senator Tom Davis’ take on baseball coming to the region. Unsure what to make of his comment, “I’d rather have it go to Virginia than D.C., but I’d rather have it go to D.C. than anywhere else.” Why, oh why, would you rather have the Expos go out to Dulles? I know he represents the commonwealth of Virginia, but even here common sense has to intervene. Although when it comes to his take on the Angelo$ factor, I do give him the credit for claiming, “There may be repercussions if you bypass the Washington region.”
